We offer the two coaching packages outlined above for both single sport and multi-sport coaching with any combination of swim, bike, run.

We are also happy to discuss bespoke training plans for your unique event.
All training plans are coached through a Basic Training Peaks account (free).
All plans include an initial set up meeting lasting approximately 90 minutes.
All plans include complementary strength and conditioning suggestions.
* Face to face meetings are optional for the athlete (but highly advised) and would be expected to last approximately 90 minutes. They will take place in Matlock (unless alternative arrangements and any additional costs are mutually agreed). If preferred, the initial set up meeting and planning and progress reviews (premium package only) can be held on Zoom or by phone.
** Answered as promptly as practically possible.
*** Regular progress calls are optional (but highly advised) for athletes on the premium package and would be expected to last approximately 30-60 minutes.
