Sometimes, as a multisport athlete, you might need to sit down and discuss training and racing options with a coach without necessarily wanting a full training plan. This could be due to several reasons:
· You're new to triathlon and need some guidance on the basics.
· You want to determine which type of events might suit you best based on your strengths and ambitions.
· You need a kick-start to the season and want to explore options in race planning and personalized coaching strategies.
· You’ve hit a rut in training and/or racing and require assistance to regain your motivation.
· You’re ready to step up to the next level or distance but need guidance on what's achievable and how to reach those goals.
· You’re a more experienced athlete but seek focus to help unlock your full potential in your upcoming A race.
We offer face-to-face Athlete Mentoring Meetings to discuss any of these areas with you and to create an overview progress plan.
The cost is £60 for each meeting, which lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes Athlete Profiling to identify your current strengths and limiters.
Meetings will take place in Matlock unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon, or we can conduct a virtual face-to-face meeting if you are not local.
